Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFO:
All orders placed before 1pm PST, Monday thru Friday will be processed the SAME business day. Any orders placed after 1pm PST and on a weekend will be processed the following business day. You can expect to receive 'in-stock' items within 3 - 14 business days. Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. 'Out of Stock Item' is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is available. Your are not charged additional shipping for back ordered items. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you via email.

SHIPPING RATES
A Flat Rate shipping fee, for 'ground service', is available on all orders shipped and delivered within the continental U.S., that weigh 5 pounds or less.  This excludes orders that require oversized packaging (see section on "Oversized Packaging", below, for explanation and guidelines).  Additionally, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O.Boxes, and Military addresses are also not eligible for the flat rate shipping.

Below is a chart of approximate shipping costs, by weight (ranges), for your reference.  Actual shipping costs are calculated at the time of the order, based on the total weight of the order and delivery address.

DungareesStore.com usually packs and ships all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours from the time they are received or within 2-3 business weekdays. Domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).  DungareesStore.com has chosen UPS as its primary delivery service for its prompt, dependable ground and air delivery services.  Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
 

EXPRESS DELIVERY(Air)
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Shipping are available at an additional cost. The cost will automatically be calculated during the check out process.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders are shipped from our facility within 24-48 hours. UPS ground shipping time will usually be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means you can expect to receive your package 4 to 10 business days after you place your order.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service

ALASKA,HAWAII,and PUERTO RICO
UPS ground service is not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Please choose UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air when shipping to these states. DungareesStore.com may choose the U.S. Postal Service as an option for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO.

SALES TAX
8.25% Sales Tax will be added to California Residents ONLY.

INSURANCE
We automatically insure all packages.

OVERSIZED PACKAGING
UPS, our primary delivery service, identifies packages as "Oversized" if the "girth" (length + width + height) is greater than 84 inches. UPS separates oversized packages into two tiers and these two tiers are used to calculate the rates for oversized packages. Packages that exceed 84 inches but not 108 inches in girth are charged the "Tier 1" rate. Packages that are greater than or equal to 108 inches girth are charged the "Tier 2" rate.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Changing Or Canceling A Recently Placed Order: We ask that you please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to us. Once you place your order, our systems begin processing.  Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please call our Customer Service Dept at (310) 393-5326 and request your change or cancellation and we will make every attempt to stop the items from being shipped.  However, once the order is in transit, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, thus you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return the items for exchange or refund.  Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

NOTE:
• REFUSED ORDERS WILL BE CREDITED LESS THE SHIPPING CHARGES.  REFUSED ORDERS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED WITH FREE SHIPPING WILL BE CREDITED LESS A $15.00 SERVICE CHARGE.

RETURN POLICY

DungareesStore.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn merchandise may be returned within 21 days of the original date shipped for a full refund* or an exchange (see exceptions below). Please include your name and order number with the return. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach DungareesStore.com.  We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS or FedEx, where you can track your package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your DungareesStore.com, purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund* or exchange within 21 days of the original date shipped.
 

*PLEASE NOTE:

• We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Some items, such as oversized items, handbags and other accessories, may be subject to a 10% Restocking fee.
    
    • We do not except returns on used or soiled clothing unless it has a manufacturer's defect.
    All refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. Please include the following information when returning your purchase for a refund or exchange:
    
    1. Your name and order number
    2. Product name or number and reason for return
    3. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
    
    Please return items in their original box, if applicable, with all original tags still attached.  Also, please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Send package back via USPS, UPS, FedEx or similar service.
